  • We cultivate our land with organic fertilisers and natural manure derived mainly from the livestock sector, with appropriate tillage to control pests, and respecting the rhythms of nature.
  • The processing and transformation of products directly on the farm, combined with transport to nearby farm shops, also reduces pollution.

We take care of every single animal.

The philosophy of ‘zero food miles’ starts with our animals, which are fed with forage sown and harvested directly on the farm’s land, which is then ground, mixed and stored by the mill. Animal welfare is also pursued through the elimination of antibiotics when unnecessary, the careful cleaning of each space, allowing the animals to move around in adequate spaces with constant hygiene and health checks, thus ensuring healthy growth and optimum meat and milk quality

With this in mind, we pay special attention to the protection and maintenance of our soils with interventions adapted to the seasonality and time of year, using traditional techniques and natural solutions also to maintain the richness of biodiversity.

Our strength lies in direct contact with customers through our network of farm shops where, in addition to fresh and ready-made meals, you can find a rich catalogue of specialities including cured meats, aged sheep’s cheese, fresh cheeses, evo oil and wines. A truly excellent product is the meat that comes from animals selected and raised directly by us, which are then slaughtered and processed on the farm, eliminating stress caused by loading, unloading and transport, which inevitably affect the quality of the final product. With our specialities, you know what you are eating: the entire production is carried out in-house and our staff will provide all the information on origin, processing and preparation.
